Q: How to Install rflc1000? 

A: After receive our rflc1000, we will offer technical solutions for machine assembling and parameters adjusting.

Q: How to operate the rflc1000? is training necessary?

A: The cutting machine is mainly controlled by software. It's not very complicated. Before shipment, we will provide user guidance of rflc1000 and manual of Control System. Generally speaking, an operator, who is not familiar with fiber Laser Cutting Machine before can operate it well after our training. According to customers' requests, we can send our technicians to customer' plant for machine training or customers can come to our plant for machine training if needed.


Q: In case the rflc1000 exists problem, how to do after sales service?

A: We provide two years warranty for each rflc1000. During the two-year warranty, in case rflc1000 exists problem, we will ask customer to send rflc1000 to us for examination on it and then we send back to customer after repair. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.


Q: What's package? 

A: For each rflc1000, we have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt plywood case. In the middle, the rflc1000 is covered by foam, to protect the rflc1000 from shaking. For the inside layer, the rflc1000 is covered by waterproof plastic bag.


Q: What's delivery time?

A: Generally speaking, lead time is 5-7 working days after receive the payment.


Q: Can we add a protection cover?

A: Yes, we can add a protection cover if you need. We can customize the design as customers' requests.
