There are two kinds of lenses inside the Laser Head -- collimating lens and focusing lens, both of them are sensitive to any type of contamination. Especially the material splatter while the laser cutting the metal. Normally need to replace a piece a day depends of different metal cutting and the para of Laser Machine, Comparing the cost of collimating lens and focusing lens, the price of protective lens is inexpensive. That's why we need the protective lens (protective windows) to protect the focusing lens and the collimating lens to ensure the optic system working stability during laser cutting. Because it protects focusing lens and collimating from back spatter and debris. The protective lens is positioned between the lens and the metal sheet. Obviously that it is the most consumed optical element in fiber laser cutting head.

Which metal can cut? What's cutting thickness of fiber laser cutting machine?
Fiber laser cutting machine can cut different metals, such as mild steel/carbon steel, stainless steel, aluninum, alloys. Take 500w fiber laser cutting machine for example, it can cut max. 6mm carbon steel/mild steel, 3mm stainless steel, 2mm aluminum.
What's cutting size?
Generally, standard cutting size is 3015/4020/6020/6025. We can customize it according to different requirement.
How to Install the machine?
We will send our technician to customer's plant for machine installation, commissioning and training.
In case machine exists problem, how to do after sales service?
We provide one year machine warranty. During the warranty, in case machine exists problem, we will provide parts required with free of charge by express. But as for the parts damaged by artificially, it does not fall within our warranty list. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.
What are the consumables of fiber laser cutting machine?

If we need to cut work piece with different height, is it available?
Yes, it can cut work pieces with different height. The focus length can be adjusted automatically.
Can we cut both sheet metal and tube or pipe using this model?
This design is used for sheet metals cutting.If you need to cut tube or pipe, we will add a tube cutting equipment as per your work piece's specifications.

What's package?
We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt plywoodcase. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by waterproof plastic bag.
