High Voltage Transformer Foil Winding Machine

Process:

After unreeled, coiled foil passes through the cleaning device, the roll wheel of the burr pressing device and the shears edge of the shearing device and then is wounded in the winding former or ids directly wounded in the core by clamping it with a special chuck.

Functional features:

1. The reeling mechanism of this models adopts large torque worm gear reducers with left and right reducers operating synchronously, ensuring sufficient tension while winding the rectangular coil in the core without distorting the core. Reactors would with this device have features such as compact coil, low operation noise and enhanced resistance to electromagnetic impact.

2. This device adopts an electrical servo deflection correction system to achieve manual/automatic adjustment of the foil position more conveniently and reliably, which makes the coil wind orderly and beautiful.

3. An advanced electrical control technology of constant tightening force is adopted to control the tightening force of the foil and the inter layer insulation, with the features such as quantitive, accurate and convenient control of the tightening force, no mechanical friction, The required tightening force can be maintained for forward winding, stop and backward winding, ensuring compact coils.

4. The inter layer insulation of the foil strip adopts a cantilever mechanism, convenient for feeding. Infrared Laser positioning is adopted for coils, improving the production efficiency.
